Group Training

Group training sessions are 1 hour long sessions designed for groups of 2 up to 5 participants. This is a great way for a couple to get involved in physical training together, groups of friends to get fit together, teammates to train together or corporate wellness programs to engage more of their employees in an effective fitness program.

Each session includes a breakdown of daily workout, technique education, targeted warm up, workout, and cool down.
