Enlightened Athlete Guided Meditation Track

If you need a little relaxation or break from the day, listen to this. This track will be most effective with headphones and during a short period where you will not be interrupted. I prefer to do this lying down but only if I won't fall asleep.

This guided track utilizes binaural beats which will help get you into a very relaxed state even if you’re new to meditation. We plan to do more of these, with longer variations & different techniques.
